Baseball Ambassadors

In Europe, there are not enough qualified coaches to sustain current youth participation, let alone the growth of baseball. To address the need of coaches, we have launched our Baseball Ambassador initiative, which sends former American professional and college baseball players to coach and play at the “elite club” level in Europe, which enables them to coach the youth teams.

Our Ambassadors are recommended by college coaches and professional scouts, who go through a rigorous interview process to qualify for this opportunity. In 2024 we launched the pilot program, which sent seven players across three participating countries; Croatia, Slovakia, and Hungary.
